raising the Titantic would be easier than getting your money back from this company - BEWARE
my wife and i purchased what we thought were tickets to see Elton John at Hyde Park. We are both rather old and disabled and we needed tickets for the disabled platform. We were told the platform was full 7 months after we ordered our tickets and according to their agent we were not booked for that concert but for a group called Pearl Jam which we have never heard of. It has taken us 5 months writing to them to get our money back but even then refuse to give us our booking fee back even when they did not book the right concert. We will probably not go to too many more concerts but I warn you all of the fight you will have to undergo to get your money back from this awful company.

Absolutely terrible company
Worst experience with this company, they took my money and never provided services. On top of that their customer service is very slow and borderline uncooperative. If someone from festicket reads this and wants to reply with that stupid template response about additional information DON'T! I wont waste any more time with your garbage company! I provided every purchase information, bank statements and everything.

Find somewhere else to buy festival tickets.
If I could give minus 5 stars i would.
I got tickets for a festival through their payment plan. All went well until I get to the last payment, I lose my wallet with all my bank cards in it. I have to cancel them all and obviously the last payment doesn't go through. It bounced back 3 times before I received my new cards and managed to change the details. Now I lost most my money. There is no one to actually speak to. It takes an eternity for them to answer their emails. Now I'm trying to get a refund through booking protection that I paid for which also seems to be nearly impossible. Never ever ever again ....

Festicket took my money, blanked my emails and then lied on trustpilot about contacting me

Not only have Festicket taken my money and refused to respond to my numerous requests for support, but when I posted a complaint here they assured me it would be replied to that day. The day passed and I got no such reply. I'm now posting this at the end of day 2 - a full SECOND DAY after the deadline they said they'd meet, and have had no response. At this point it just looks like a public façade to seem like they're doing something about customer concerns when in fact they're not

System error- Wrong event booked! (ID 3475266)
Have waited over 2 days for a response from Festicket and still nothing! I booked an event and when the order confirmation came through the information was incorrect which is not my fault. Must be a system error. I need this changed urgently and have made several requests and have heard nothing! Can someone please get in contact asap!! ID 3475266

Absolute scam
Absolute scam - the El Dorado event that I want to was absolutely amazing but the cashless system that was provided by ticket fest was shocking, on the second day the payment system went down so no one could buy anything and then when it comes to refunding the remaining balance I had initiated the request on the 6th July and never heard back being advised it would take 3 business days. The support email address is not monitored. They hope that people just forget to request a refund but for the £60 that’s I’m due and they’re holding on to it’s disgusting. Ironically they had cash machines there so don’t bother using them just get cash and avoid.

Pearl Jam BST
It’s been almost 2 weeks since we were supposed to see Pearl Jam at BST and we are still waiting to hear anything back.

We missed the event completely because they messed up and refused to acknowledge this. Just listening from a gate to try and hear as much as possible.

They are currently posting on Twitter but making sure no one replies, obviously trying to avoid people finding out what scammers they actually are!!!

Disgusting treatment of your customers, you owe a lot of people a lot of money!!!!

Worst customer service ever
My story starts in July when I requested a (legally permitted) refund for two full tickets to Vagos metal fest 2020.
1 month went by, and no answer, I created my first support ticket in August (#593311 - look it up when you read this - I know you do). A representative answers me, acknowledging my request, and confirming that everything is in order, and all I need do is wait some days, and all will be sorted.

So now I'm here, 1 year and 7 support tickets (getting arbitrarily marked as solved), over 70 messages, 2 support chats, and the refund is nowhere to be seen. Answers take 1, 2 months sometimes, ranging from generic automated emails and "issue solved" notices coming from out of nowhere to requests for "waiting". Via chat, I'm told that "there is an issue with a refund, but that is quickly solved", for which they would only need my bank account details - which were sent in the following minutes. 2 months gone by - nothing. Zero. Silence.

Please, don't answer this review with "please send us an email" as you did previously. I've sent over 50 emails, and it did absolutely nothing.

Festicket is a joke. Worst customer service ever in 40 years of my life.
